DRAFT | 2022 CDBG Annual Action Plan Reports

Periodically, the Department invites the public to comment on various administrative plans or proposals.

Currently, the State of North Carolina is seeking comments on various plans related to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. Following the public comment period and a final review, these plan reports will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Periodically, the Department invites the public to comment on various administrative plans or proposals.

Currently, the State of North Carolina is seeking comments on this document, the proposed 2021 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report, also known by the acronym CAPER.  The CAPER serves as the state's annual report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

This comment period will be open from March 31, 2022 through April 29, 2022.

DRAFT | Proposed Amendments to CDBG Consoliated Plans for 2011-15 and 2016-20 Periodically, the Department invites the public to comment on various administrative plans or proposals. Currently, the State of North Carolina is giving notice and also seeking comments on substantial amendments to the 2016-2020 Consolidated Plan and the PY2019 Annual Action Plan.  Consolidated Plans are program reports associated with federal funds administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
