Currently, the State of North Carolina is seeking comments on the 2019 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report.  This document, the 2019 CAPER of the State of North Carolina, serves as the annual report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for funding for the following programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG); HOME Investment Partnership (HOME); National Housing Trust Fund (HTF); and

The North Carolina Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report, or CAPER, summarizes the accomplishments of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program administered by the Rural Economic Development Division at the North Carolina Department of Commerce.  The report also includes information on three other North Carolina state agencies, each of whom receives a formula grant from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
