DRAFT | 2021 CDBG Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)

Periodically, the Department invites the public to comment on various administrative plans or proposals.

Currently, the State of North Carolina is seeking comments on this document, the proposed 2021 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report, also known by the acronym CAPER.  The CAPER serves as the state's annual report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

This comment period will be open from March 31, 2022 through April 29, 2022.

Past annual reports for the North Carolina Job Development Investment Grant Program (JDIG) provide historical information on grants awarded since the beginning of the program.  We published these reports pursuant to North Carolina General Statute (G.S.) §143B-437.55(c).
