July Unemployment Rates Decrease in Most NC Counties

Not seasonally adjusted unemployment rates fell in 84 of North Carolina's 100 counties in July. Fifty counties had rates that were either at or below the state's 4.1 percent not seasonally adjusted rate, which decreased 0.1 of a percentage point from the June revised unemployment rate.

Unemployment rates decreased in 13 of North Carolina’s 15 Metropolitan Statistical Areas.
