February Unemployment Rates Decrease in Most NC Counties

Not seasonally adjusted unemployment rates fell in 74 of North Carolina's 100 counties in February. Forty-three counties had rates that were either at or below the state's 4.6 percent not seasonally adjusted rate, which decreased 0.1 of a percentage point from the January revised unemployment rate.

Unemployment rates decreased in 11 of North Carolina’s 15 Metropolitan Statistical Areas.
