NC’s January Unemployment Rate Unchanged

North Carolina's unemployment rate for January remained unchanged from the annually revised December rate of 4.5 percent. This is 0.4 of a percentage point higher than the U.S. rate of 4.1 percent.

Seasonally adjusted Total Nonfarm employment increased by 8,700 in January to 4,457,900.
