DRAFT | Proposed Amendments to CDBG Consoliated Plans for 2011-15 and 2016-20

Periodically, the Department invites the public to comment on various administrative plans or proposals.

Currently, the State of North Carolina is giving notice and also seeking comments on substantial amendments to the 2016-2020 Consolidated Plan and the PY2019 Annual Action Plan.  Consolidated Plans are program reports associated with federal funds administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Here is the purpose of the proposed amendments:

• To add acquisition of real property as an eligible activity for the Emergency Solutions Grant Coronavirus (ESG-CV) program.

The comment period concerning the ESG-CV program closes at 5:00 pm on Monday, December 20, 2021.

Comments regarding the remaining amendments must be received by 5:00pm on Monday, December 20, 2021.
