September Unemployment Rates Increase in Most NC Counties

<p>In September, not seasonally adjusted unemployment rates increased in 95 of North Carolina&#39;s 100 counties.</p>

Not seasonally adjusted unemployment rates increased in 95 of North Carolina's 100 counties in September. Sixty-seven counties had rates that were either at or below the state's 7.0 percent not seasonally adjusted rate, which decreased 0.2 of a percentage point from the August revised unemployment rate.

Unemployment rates increased in 13 of North Carolina’s 15 Metropolitan Statistical Areas.
