NC’s September Unemployment Rate Decreases

<p>North Carolina&#39;s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate decreased 0.1 of a percentage point from August&rsquo;s revised rate of 4.2 percent.</p>

North Carolina's unemployment rate for September fell 0.1 of a percentage point from the revised August rate of 4.2 percent. This is 0.6 of a percentage point higher than the U.S. rate at 3.5 percent.

Seasonally adjusted Total Nonfarm employment increased by 8,000 in September to 4,578,000.
