Not seasonally adjusted unemployment rates rose in all 100 of North Carolina's counties in October. Forty-five counties had rates that were either at or below the state's 3.4 percent not seasonally adjusted rate, which increased 0.3 of a percentage point from the September revised unemployment rate.
Unemployment rates increased in all 15 of North Carolina’s Metropolitan Statistical Areas.
