North Carolina's unemployment rate for October decreased 0.2 of a percentage point from the revised September rate of 3.8 percent. This is 0.1 of a percentage point lower than the U.S. rate at 3.7 percent.
Seasonally adjusted Total Nonfarm employment increased by 27,900 in October to 4,538,900.
