Training Requirements

(effective April 22, 2016)

 

All NCWorks Career Center staff must successfully complete training in Labor Market Information and Customer Service. Each career center staff person must participate in one LMI option and one customer service option. Below are the approved options that management may choose from to meet the requirements. Completions for all courses taken through the NCWorks Training Center will appear under "My Course Summary" on the Training Registration and Information Network (TRAIN) at www.ncworkforcetraining.com. When new training choices are available they will be listed on this webpage at www.ncwtc.com, so check back periodically for the most current list.


Labor Market Information Training Options


Option 1: Classroom training arranged through the NCWorks Training Center (1 course)
