North Carolina’s State Workforce Plan for Title I of the Workforce Investment Act and the Wagner-Peyser Act and Agricultural Outreach Plan for Program Years 2012-2016 is available at the link below. This State Plan has has been approved by the U.S. Department of Labor.
The N.C. Commission on Workforce Development’s 2012-2014 Strategic Plan was formally adopted on February 15, 2012 and establishes the Commission’s strategic direction for the next two years.
