The Program Year 2009 (July 2009-June 2010) State Plan for Title I of the Workforce Investment Act and the Wagner-Peyser Act, as approved by the U.S. Department of Labor, is available at the link below. This State Plan was extended by the U.S. Department of Labor to cover Program Year 2010 (July 1, 2010 – June 30, 2011).
The N.C. Commission on Workforce Development’s 2012-2014 Strategic Plan was formally adopted on February 15, 2012 and establishes the Commission’s strategic direction for the next two years.
