The Strategic Planning Committee of the Workforce Commission developed the 2007-2009 Strategic Plan with formal input from various stakeholders representing local Workforce Development Board Chairpersons, Local Area Directors, the six heads of state workforce agencies, and local and regional economic development professionals from across North Carolina.
