Delegates to the 33rd Southeast U.S./Japan Annual Joint Meeting will stay at the beautiful Imperial Hotel in downtown Tokyo.
To particiate in the conference hotel reservation room block, delegates must complete their application form and return it to their state coordinators. In the case of North Carolina delegates, the form should be returned to Elizabeth Timberlake at the North Carolina Department of Commerce.
