The Rural Development Division’s mission is to advance economic and community development investments across rural North Carolina through programs, initiatives, and in collaboration with public, private, and non-profit partnerships. Among the division’s programming delivery are the Talent Enhancement Capacity Building Initiative, and the Partnership for Small Towns collaborative.
