How does a new user obtain access to the FMIS system or Re-Activate a current ID?

 

In order to gain access to the Division Financial system, each user will have to have an ID.  Each local area director should fill out and sign the RACF Access form for any user you want to give access. http://www.ncwia.com/ftp/racfaccess2009.pdf

 

If your account is revoked, fill out the RACF Access form include your current RACF ID, get director's signature,  then choose the “Reactivate” option.

What software can I use to connect to the state computer to access the FMIS system?

The recommended way to connect to the system:

 

If you have the latest version of Java installed on your personal computer, you can run HOD Java Web Start Client.  However, if you do not have the Java software installed, you can still run TN 3270 SSL display version.
