Below you will find the description report for the existing Urban Progress Zones in North Carolina.  Each applicant has provided a detailed boundary description.  A link is also provided that will assist you in locating specific sites based upon Census Tracts and Block Groups used within exisiting Urban Progress Zones.   Zone contact information is also provided below.
